About Haleiwa Arts Festival
Hale’iwa Arts Festival is a non-profit organization that aims to promote education and public awareness of arts and culture, with emphasis on participation, for the betterment of the community. The festival provides a platform for local artists to showcase and sell their artwork. By offering booth spaces at the event, artists gain exposure and the opportunity to generate income from their creations. The festival ensures that art is accessible to everyone, regardless of socioeconomic status. This inclusivity allows a broader audience to experience and participate in the arts. Haleiwa Arts Festival has been actively engaging local artists and fostering community involvement for over twenty years.
Gather with the community
We North Shore residents live in a small community away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Often we wish there were more things to do closer to home.
The owner, Lamont Brown made our wish come true by hosting First Friday Art Walk events in his newly renovated restaurant set to open soon, The Fixx Haleʻiwa.
Our goal is to expand this event to the entire Hale’iwa Town, and make it into a monthly happening, involving the entire strip of Old Haleʻiwa Town. We hope to bring the community and visitors together and help stimulate a family-friendly night life.
We have so many talents on the island, and they all deserve more attention. Please come join us to celebrate the local creative community here on the North Shore of Oahu.
